When are you coming back, and what places are you visiting?

Daniel: I've heard fantastic things about the brunch, but alas, I'm not much of an early-day eater. :p

Pink: That shrimp was probably the biggest surprise of the night. In the area, I actually really want to try Piccolo--just read your post on the place.

Ann: Agreed!

Yulree: The panoramics are quickly becoming one of my hallmarks. ;)

Annie: My first wasn't a "tremendous disappointment" fortunately, but this meal was an improvement.

As for the whole SIV debacle, I'm somewhat ambivalent toward her. I just hope they don't start banning bloggers as well!kevinEatshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13874030588556187843noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8667271330300336985.post-19543555153518777942010-12-22T16:01:12.946-08:002010-12-22T16:01:12.946-08:00My last visit was a tremendous disappointment and ...My last visit was a tremendous disappointment and about 2 years ago as well. Things can change for the better over time and it looks like it may be the case with Joe's.

What did you think about the L.A. Times restaurant reviewer Irene V. being photographed and kicked out of Red Medicine before she was able to dine?

Evidently management did not want here there - good for them! You've got to take the good with the bad, and the job doesn't always make friends of everyone.

She's written some reviews I totally disagree with, such as Wofgang's Steakhouse in Beverly Hills, where on my last 5 visits, the food has been excellent.

Merry Christmas to you, Kevin and a delicious New Year 2011:)Frequent Travelerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15348485045513754985noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8667271330300336985.post-57861446764752250232010-12-20T21:58:24.799-08:002010-12-20T21:58:24.799-08:00liking the panoramic shots! everything looks delic...liking the panoramic shots! everything looks delicious. :)Love Mamahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17737200951710778752noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8667271330300336985.post-64745811350401332502010-12-20T15:36:02.439-08:002010-12-20T15:36:02.439-08:00Seriously, Joe's should be on every foodie'...Seriously, Joe's should be on every foodie's radar and to eat list. Wasn't all too impressed at the time, but this post makes me want to give it another shot. Great photos :)

Have you tried Joe's brunch? I think it's amongst the best in Los Angeles, and at under $20 for an appetizer and entrée, a veritable steal!
