Very bad! I took the remains back to the counter and told the young man that he must be new and needs to time the slices better. I NEVER asked for anything, just suggesting they be more attentive to their product. The young man turned his back on me, lifted his shirt to wipe his face, exposing his back side and showing his butt-crack. Disgusting! We thought we would give it another try this last weekend. We ordered our slices and found a dirty table vacant. We asked a different employee to please clean the table so we could sit there. He proceeded to clean the table, dropped the cloth on the floor, picked it up and went back to wiping the table with the same cloth. I called him on it, and he said he turned it over. We walked out, again disgusted. I told me husband if that is what they do in front of the public, I'm afraid of what they do that we can't see. I doubt we shall ever go back, even though the pizza was exceptional. Two strikes in a row is not great!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8667271330300336985.post-22021063860530690112009-01-26T15:54:00.000-08:002009-01-26T15:54:00.000-08:00I wouldn't say it's "better," but it's certainly d...I wouldn't say it's "better," but it's certainly different. It's more of the NY street pizza type than the Mozza/Ortica variety.

Unfortunately, Ryan and I didn't make it out there last Monday, as I had some meetings at work I needed to attend.kevinEatshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13874030588556187843noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8667271330300336985.post-24064180007691399542009-01-26T15:19:00.000-08:002009-01-26T15:19:00.000-08:00Hi Kevin,Nice review. I've never heard of this place but I'll have to try it sometime soon.

Hopefully it's better than Pizzeria Ortica which I just tried recently. They're known for their clam pie after all.kevinEatshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13874030588556187843noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8667271330300336985.post-11567986674461399382009-01-25T22:21:00.000-08:002009-01-25T22:21:00.000-08:00I really enjoy reading about your NY pizza tour. I just can't remember the name of the place.... After reading all your blog, I want to fly to NY just to have a slice of pizza now. ^^Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
