Casual restaurant but the food is not. Way better than Georges California Modern.

Others you might like:

french restaurant - Cavaillion (definitely off the beaten path)...you'll realize that if you decide to go.

Yakitori Yakyudori - in Hillcrest. Their other location is in Nagoya. I know you like Japanese based on your money dinners at Urasawa :)

I look forward to reading more of your posts.EDJrxnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8667271330300336985.post-18193492941689142452010-12-06T15:42:50.894-08:002010-12-06T15:42:50.894-08:00Nice report. I hope that statement is still not verifiable after your expedition to Del Mar and subsequently, Kitchen 1540.

Again, look me up when you are in the OC, San Diego, and/or Napa and we will verifiably pique your interest (culinarily).

MichaelMichaelhttp://letrahisondesimages@yahoo.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8667271330300336985.post-27347641771291393982010-12-04T17:50:02.920-08:002010-12-04T17:50:02.920-08:00Great review..
