Here's more history on "Taiwan r...Kevin,<br /> Here's more history on "Taiwan ramen noodle", <br />The reason it call "Taiwan ramen noodle" is because it was invent by a Taiwanese Restaurant call <a href="http://www.misen.ne.jp/" rel="nofollow">味仙(Misen)</a><br />located in town of Imaike, city of Nagoya in early 70s. (and yes the owner are Taiwanese)<br /><br />During the interview, the inventer/Owner MingYu Guo claim the dish start out as Taiwanese version of DanDan Noodle, but the people in Nagoya perfer strong favor, so he add extra spice to it.
