We almost named our Supper Club "paladar&...Ha! We almost named our Supper Club "paladar" two years ago, after a few very interesting meals in Havana.<br /><br />Really terrific menu. That they can do two seatings of 30, that is a lot of product for 60 people to keep cold? I am so curious of their refrigeration.
