I wouldn't count on getting out of here under two hours if you get the entire menu like we did.kevinEatshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13874030588556187843noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8667271330300336985.post-61541714829589900592014-10-29T08:58:36.216-07:002014-10-29T08:58:36.216-07:00hi Kevin,

I for some reason get nervous about trying a place (tasting menu) and it taking 3-4 hours. I like the 1.5 to 2 hours timeframe. not too fast, not too slow. with a small menu here I am thinking of also ordering everything on the menu with a few buddies (looks to be cheaper per person than the 7 course)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8667271330300336985.post-8239126403705431852014-10-22T15:09:25.753-07:002014-10-22T15:09:25.753-07:00Collier: Yeah, I was a bit skeptical at first, but...Collier: Yeah, I was a bit skeptical at first, but I began seeing a lot of positive response, including from you, so I put it on my list. Really glad I made it out.

Anon: Oh yeah, they'll be continuing for a while I imagine. As for bottle shops, I usually use Icon in Cypress, California Heights in Long Beach (same owner as Icon), Mr. K's in Placentia, and Ramirez in East LA.

Anon: Here, easily, and not just because we're talking about a taco truck as competition. The food at El Chato was tasty, and perfect for late night dining, but didn't seem as "special" as its hype would indicate.kevinEatshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13874030588556187843noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8667271330300336985.post-17051295927333460772014-10-21T15:00:55.137-07:002014-10-21T15:00:55.137-07:00What was better, Saint Martha or El Chato?
